謝依涵殺人 律師：3老闆不須賠償

〔自由時報記者楊國文／台北報導〕「媽媽嘴咖啡店」店長謝依涵殺害陳進福、張翠萍夫妻案，張翠萍的77歲母親向店老闆呂炳宏等3人求償，一審敗訴後，高等法院昨開庭，呂炳宏3人委任律師表示，謝依涵的殺人強盜行為已超越店長職務，呂等3人沒有監督不周責任，不應要求賠償；下次庭訊訂9月5日。
