ETC民調滿江紅　高公局不敢公布

ETc民調滿江紅！高公局進行「國道計程收費政策及ETC服務滿意度」民調，調查了28題，卻只敢公布一題結果，指民眾支持減少或取消優惠里程。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，ETC整體滿意度上，對遠通ETC客服中心的不滿意度高達71.4％，近半認為遠通客服人員專業度不足，並認為遠通最應改進eTag扣款準確度、應顯示扣款明細及增加服務據點。蔡其昌批評，這份民調滿江紅，高公局當然不敢拿出來，未來會加強監督。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
