疾病管制署發布最新H7N9流感疫情，中國大陸疾病預防控制中心通報兩例確定個案，分別為廣東省一名三歲五個月大男童，及浙江省一名64歲務農女性。

疾管署副署長莊人祥指出，目前廣東省及浙江省旅遊疫情建議等級維持為第二級（警示、Alert），其餘各省市（不含港澳）為第一級（注意、Watch）。計畫前往疫區的民眾務必保持良好衛生習慣，避免接觸禽鳥。

國內H7N9流感監測，自4月3日迄今共通報448例，其中一例境外移入確定病例，447例排除感染；邊境檢疫自6月1日起迄今，自疫情流行地區返國旅客入境時有症狀有1406例，都已排除H7N9感染。

【沈能元／台北報導】食用油陷標示不實風暴，食用醋也有相同問題。台北市衛生局專案日前稽查大賣場、百貨公司等，共稽查16件市售食用醋包裝標示，有13件因未標示全成分、未符合營養標示等因素不符規定。違規產品有大安工研食品工廠的工研辣香酢、工研紅酢，家樂福的家樂福白醋、台灣菸酒公司的台酒純米醋，廣誠生物科技的玄米大吟釀青森蘋果醋及玄米大吟釀清甜藍莓等。

北市議員厲耿桂芳上午搶先公布該專案稽查10件標示不實市售食用醋（http://www.appledaily.com.tw/realtimenews/article/life/20131105/287081/8/），下午衛生局公布確認版增為13件，衛生局食品藥物管理處處長邱秀儀說，已要求業者將違規產品下架，須更改標示後才能上架，未更改者將依《食品衛生管理法》開罰製造業者3萬至300萬元罰鍰；分析產品違規原因，第一名是未標示全成分、第二名無營養標示。違規產品中好蜜工場生產的荔枝蜂蜜發酵醋，因包裝標示誇大易生誤解，已依《食品衛生管理法》將開罰業者4萬至20萬元。

油安風暴持續燃燒，董氏基金會食品營養組主任許惠玉說，一般建議量油熱量不超過總熱量的35%，但現代人很多都超標。天然食物中就有很多有含脂肪，其中以紅肉含量最多，白肉偏低，其他如堅果、花生、糙米等都有油脂。

書田診所營養師李婉萍說，一天需要的油量差不多是外食白色塑膠湯匙一匙，原本用油炒菜，現在可以換成燙青菜加芝麻醬，或是下午喝杯杏仁茶。

李婉萍說，即使是好的油吃過量也會增加心血管疾病的風險，民眾千萬別緊張就去吃豬油，豬油不見得就比較好，真要用豬油，只能配豆腐、豆干，如果還配魚肉等，飽和脂肪酸就太多。

【周佩萱／綜合外電報導】美國紐澤西一居民蘇珊達拉，5日發現自家院子中常出現的野鹿，遭人用箭射穿臉部，達拉表示驚人的是，這頭野鹿看起來若無其事，能吃能跑，而且沒有流血，傷口看起來也沒有感染，達拉試圖抓住牠，以送醫治療，但靈敏的野鹿一下就跑走了。

達拉表示因為院子中有顆梨子樹，所以這頭野鹿時常會來覓食，相當擔心的她立刻通知動保人員，大家隨即展開搜救，還是不見這頭野鹿的蹤影，動保人員建議達拉在院子放置食物，希望這頭野鹿會自動現身，好讓他們幫牠將箭拔出。

達拉居住的溪谷區常有獵人狩獵，達拉表示她相信這應不是蓄意的，推測應是獵人失手射偏，也希望如果有獵人發現這頭野鹿的話，可以協助幫忙把箭取下。

【鄭敏玲／台中報導】台中市文化局委託明華園戲劇總團創作全新戶外廣場藝術大戲《媽祖》，即將在11月17日於台中市河南路、市政北二路口及12月7日在台中市太平運動場展開全球首演，自由入場，預計將吸引十萬人以上入內參觀。明華園當家台柱孫翠鳳上午以媽祖裝扮亮相，驚艷全場。孫翠鳳表示，演歌仔戲的人幾乎全是媽祖信徒，因此這次為了詮釋從少女林默娘到成熟莊嚴的媽祖，其內心轉折，是項全新的挑戰。這是明華園總團繼十年前的《超炫白蛇傳》後再度製作的大型戶外廣場藝術劇，劇情著重在媽祖成仙前，求道行世的過程。將呈現電影般的視覺效果，將又是台灣表演藝術的又一項創舉。

【陳泓銘／綜合報導】改編暢銷小說的新片《偷書賊》（The Book Thief），被視為明年奧斯卡大黑馬，由影集《唐頓莊園》導演布萊恩派西佛執導，奧斯卡影帝喬佛瑞拉許及新秀蘇菲奈里斯主演，蘇菲還自爆為戲真的偷書，幸好沒留案底。
 
該片描述因戰爭而流離失所的孤兒蘇菲，被一個純樸的德國家庭領養，在戰亂的衝擊下，內心孤單無助的她受到養父的鼓勵學習文字閱讀，後來更將精神寄託在書本上，讓心靈可以透過閱讀度過人生最黑暗的時刻。蘇菲為詮釋劇中角色，真的到書店偷書，幸好劇組已與書店串通好，免得她真被當成了罪犯。
該片中文預告今天中午12點起，在福斯YouTube頻道（https://www.youtube.com/twfoxmovies）上線，明年2月27日在台上映。
