現在「大」才是王道，不論是電視或手機，就是要大才有「看頭」。宏達電今(18)天在高雄舉辦別開生面的HTC ONE MAX旗艦新機上市發表會，宣告正式進入大螢幕的手機時代。HTC ONE MAX承襲NEW HTC ONE的家族優勢，鎖定高階用戶提供5.9吋高畫質大螢幕，並加入指紋辨識功能，將於10月23日起全台開賣，力拼Samsung GALAXY Note 3及Sony Xperia Z Ultra，單機售價為23,900元。
今(2013)年3月正式上市的NEW HTC ONE，高質感一體成型的鋁合金外殼，以及全新BlinkFeed首頁、UltraPixel相機，不但造成市場關注，更帶動銷售佳績。隨後在8月趁勢推出縮小版的ONE MINI，而今天發表HTC ONE MAX一舉完成家族系列版圖，成為HTC征戰市場的主力軍。
HTC中國區總裁暨北亞區總經理董俊良表示，HTC ONE MAX提供高端用戶新的使用體驗，並在設計、宣傳、溝通、行銷、後勤支援上全面到位，像是選擇在高雄夢時代舉辦發表會，由搖滾天團五月天與消費者進行宣傳溝通，就可發現HTC的改變與企圖心，預計要在台灣搶下5吋以上大螢幕市場5成的占有率。
目前HTC ONE MAX僅供應16GB冰川銀版本，將於10月23日起在全台開賣，單機售價為23,900元，若搭配四大電信公司資費方案最低8,990元，不用9千元就可帶回家。其中，中華電信指定資費為首年月繳1,343元起、台灣大哥大月付1,357元起，遠傳電信1,373元，以及威寶電信1,388元。
開賣首日在指定大型專賣店排隊前100名，可獲贈HTC多功能藍牙接聽器；85家HTC專賣店提供HTC Stylus手機觸控筆的早鳥禮，而在年底前，購買HTC ONE MAX，上網登錄手機序號與外盒刮刮券序號，就能再得到專屬折疊式皮套。
