【吳惠菁／綜合報導】人氣天后蔡依林連愛犬屋虎也深得粉絲喜愛，她曾帶這隻比熊狗兒子登台表演、拍時尚專題，昨到台中辦演唱會DVD簽名會不忘抱牠同行，還讓歌迷與牠合照。她晚上在微博秀愛犬照，只見屋虎被裝在包包裡，放在行李箱上，牠探頭露出招牌燦笑，蔡依林為牠寫下註解：「呼的旅程。」粉絲看了照片大讚：「好可愛」、「萌翻了」、「愛死牠了」！

Ubisoft 日前於東京秋葉原舉辦的「UBIDAY 2013」活動中發表了 PC／PS4／PS3／Xbox One／Xbox 360 版下載專用 2D 益智冒險新作《Valiant Hearts: The Great War》（バリアント ハート　-ザ グレイト ウォー-），預定於 2014 年推出，售價未定。

標題[求助] 女友生氣後的態度

前陣子因為在忙晚了些回女友LINE 女友整個大爆怒(可能還加上先前有些小吵) 先是拒接電話 然後用LINE講了很多氣話 類似走不下去 沒有未來之類的 還說她生氣是因為太在乎我 因為我晚了些回LINE表示沒那麼重視她 無法解決 女友是那種不生氣則已 一生氣就大抓狂的那種個性 隔了兩天終於電話聯絡上 因為這種情形發生好幾次 我也有點快受不了 就好好跟她說過一陣子再見面談 彼此冷靜下來後再談是否要繼續走下去 過一天後我就LINE她說我其實很想她 一陣子不聯絡是怕再聽到她的氣話 後來彼此LINE來LINE去又恢復以往的狀態了 就是恢復一般情侶的對話 好像先前的爭吵都沒發生過 不過我還是覺得很悶也不太爽就是了 有人說女生生氣時講的話聽聽就好 但是我承認她生氣時講的那些話對我影響很大.... 例如我以後可能就不敢晚回她LINE 怕她又生氣 搞的壓力很大 之後要怎麼跟女友談這個問題比較好呢?真得很希望她脾氣能改一改 但是又不敢直說.. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.231.214.84

農業部門透過媒體拋出國內糧食管理將有重大變革的訊息；研擬廢除糧商執照讓糧食管理回歸市場機制，保價收購限政府推薦品種等，勢將對台灣農業未來發展與糧食安全產生巨大影響，由於事出突然，也引發外界不同看法與質疑。政府所透露出若干觀點確實有值得探討的空間。
 
  首先就政府所謂「改變安全存糧的觀點」而言，事實上全球貿易自由化並非全然公平對等，而糧食不只是商品更是戰略物資其重要性與時俱進，即便是高度經濟發達的國家如美國、日本、歐盟等更把糧食安全視為國家重要戰略，對於適合農業生產土地的保留或變更均採取相當嚴格的規範，甚至提供高額的務農補貼來提高農業經營意願，不輕易讓外國勢力。反觀台灣政府在糧食自給率偏低(32％)的情況下，不僅任令其他部門以經濟發展為由，強行將大批良田劃入工業區、商業區、科學園區、生技園區等，致使農地快速流失，讓農地原有的完整性遭到嚴重破壞，還企圖縮減糧食補貼與保價收購等惠農政策，讓務農意願降低，一旦糧食危機再臨，稻米主要出口國循往例禁止出口，屆時台灣又將如何自保。
 
 其次政府又拋「將糧食管理回歸市場機制」。糧商制度行之多年對協助國內糧食產銷管控和安全存糧確實發揮效果，但是由於政府管理鬆散和法規不健全，致衍生出許多違規違法事件引發社會輿論強力批評。政府理應先從源頭管理著手，透過法規制度修正施以嚴懲重罰，同時將資訊公開透明由全民來監督讓不肖糧商無所遁形，恢復國產米原有的好聲譽而非全盤否定讓既存體制崩解，並逐步開放民間參與糧食管控讓糧食買賣多元化，可避免糧商壟斷。政府不宜因噎廢食斷然以自由市場機制為由取消糧商制度形成產銷斷鏈並配合開放國內糧食市場，以國外低生產成本的糧食競爭優勢入境，屆時除了部分本土產優質米仍具有競爭力外，國內市場將充斥物廉價美的外來米，此舉不僅與提高我國糧食自給率政策自相矛盾還將重創台灣農業。現行的糧商制度和功能確有檢討改進之必要，日本政府在沒有足夠的耕地滿足國內需求之下，為因應糧食危機及龐大糧食進口數量，運用大型商社如丸紅、伊藤忠等正在加快與世界各地糧商的合作步伐，來加強購糧競爭力以及確保日本糧食安全。WTO杜哈回合談判無法取得共識的原因之一正因為各會員國對農業補貼、農產品開放程度有不同的堅持所致並非全然自由化。
 
  政府施政固然不能墨守成規，但是國家的重要政策亦不能是即興之作，事先必需要經過審慎評估考量，更需要有完整的配套謀定而後動，否則帶來的會是一場災難。綜觀這些年農業部門所端出的許多農業改革大菜均缺乏延續性且操之過急，不但缺乏完整配套也未與農民做充分溝通尋求共識，冒然推出即遭來農業界強力反彈與農民的憤怒，適得其反。正值全球為糧荒可能再臨積極備戰甚至尋求海外囤田之際，台灣缺乏糧食安全相關政策，未來究竟需要多少農地保命（中國農地紅線為18億畝，日本則為404萬公頃）以及該如何配置，恐怕才是最根本也最重要的問題，我國政府迄今未對此提出完整的規劃和後續作為，卻捨本逐末的大談糧食管理鬆綁與市場開放。這種本末倒置的決策思維，很可能讓台灣農業就此失去競爭力並走入歷史，為政者請務必謹言慎思！

CPU (中央處理器)：Intel Core i7 4770 4C8T/3.4GHz 9000 MB (主機板)：技嘉 H87n 3900 RAM (記憶體)：JET RAM DDR3 1600 8GB x2 3500 HDD (硬碟)：TOSHIBA 2TB /7200轉/SATA3/64MB/二年保固快速到貨 2600 TOSHIBA 128GB SSD 2900 PSU (電源供應器)：全漢 350W 990 CHASSIS (機殼)：coolmaster elite 120 1500 MONITOR (螢幕)：dell 2412 8000 總價 (未稅/含稅)：這樣共32000左右 都是網拍找的價格 有些東西二手版還有便宜的 所以三萬以內可以買完 主要是想用黑金塔（安裝DEBUG不是問題） 效能許可的話 會用虛擬機寫程式 跑模擬 過慢的話就會雙系統 會這樣組是因為手上有 IMAC 2012 低階款 覺得很慢 21吋也無法擴充 SSD RAM 就無法加裝 若是要買 MAC MINI 2012 i7款 目前最便宜也要 22000 那比起這一個菜單 未含螢幕兩者價格就差不多了... 而且CPU也是一時之選 內顯也強了許多（沒玩遊戲 轉檔） 硬碟還多了 1TB 系統還能裝在 128GB SSD上 記憶體也多一倍 所以想了想如果用 elite 120 這機殼滿好看的可以組完這樣需求 而價格還差不多 真的是黑蘋果會比較划算 況且日後也能加顯卡 有幾個問題想請教：我看美國網站 他顯卡都推薦GTX640以上 請問買630應該也可以吧？ 因為三年前組電腦 顯卡也是只是買 4850 沒有跑什麼大作 所以想說不用買太貴的 請問我這樣組有那邊出問題嗎？ SSD HDD 是稍微爬文選擇性價比覺得 OK 的 組一台ITX機殼大小的還有什麼要注意的問題嗎？ 因為我覺得這樣很小巧 論效能上以不差 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ※ 編輯: jacky79129 來自: 42.70.59.92 (10/19 16:25)
