【方翊倩／綜合報導】日前警方偵破台南仁德女子分屍命案，證實死者因被誘拐至北部賣淫，才遭丈夫殺害，凸顯越南新娘在台遭人誘騙下海賣淫的情形嚴重。

今天出刊《壹週刊》報導，上月分屍案發生時，因無法確認死者身分，只能公布畫像，竟有三十組人馬前來報案，顯見越配失蹤問題嚴重。警方透露，全台至少有上百個集團四處拐騙越女接客，只要先誘之以利，就能讓她們輕易離家，接著用賭局或毒品控制她們行動，逼其下海。其中高雄以色情小吃店最嚴重，越南妹結婚來台後，逃家到小吃店賣淫撈金；台北則有假結婚來台的越南妹，被賣到應召站，希望嫁給買春客，換一張台灣身份證。

移民署統計，目前在台的越南新娘有近九萬人，平均每年有三、四千人來台，其中第一年就會有三、四十人失蹤。她們一旦踏上賣春的不歸路，就進退不得，唯一能救她們的，只剩檢警，唯有被查獲遣返，她們才有機會回到正常生活。

【大紀元2013年10月16日訊】(大紀元記者陳文敏台灣苗栗報導)苗栗縣農村再生，展現社區能量，成果發表會19、20兩日將在桐花樂活公園熱鬧展開；當日活動現場有爆米香、果醬製作DIY體驗、國樂表演、老時味裝置藝術等，邀請到社區老師傅展現傳統絕活，從老師傅的巧手中，看見傳統藺草編織、環保工藝、織布藝術的新未來。

16日上午在縣府舉辦活動記者會，現場有社區作品展示攤位，還有由苑裡上舘社區居民製作的「爆米香」，發送給現場民眾品嘗，並展示創意「爆米香」彩色版畫，邀請副縣長林久翔和與會貴賓在創意米香版畫上提字，嘉許社區努力的成果。

農業處副處長林澄清指出，苗栗農村再生計畫全國第一，參與率八成；為協助農村發展，已經審查通過40個社區的農村再生計畫，協助爭取4億3千3百多萬元；農村不再是只有老人家守著老房子，要吸引年輕人回鄉，回到農村多元化的經營，讓老人、小孩有揮灑的空間，呼喚兒時記憶，變成大家的後花園。

林澄清表示，活動現場安排社區特色DIY體驗、農村闖關體驗、老師傅技藝表演、國中小寫生比賽，還有來自苗栗各地的道地美食，竭誠歡迎鄉親蒞臨參觀。

該如何限制使用者安裝軟體 小弟弟我拜google大神所找的方法，都無法滿足現行公司的需求="= 目前作法與遇到的問題 : 1. 公司所有的電腦都有加入網域。 直接將USER的權限從Administrator 群組移除，變成"Domain Users" 如果要安裝軟體，只要在驗證視窗輸入domain Admin的帳號即可。 但有些電腦卻直接跳出 "系統禁用此安裝，請聯絡系統管理員" 不知該如何解決..... 2. 公司有程式開發人員，無法直接將權限降級成Domain Users，深怕在開發軟體時 會出問題，故選擇更改GPO的方式，停用 "windows installer" 不過這種方式卻有很大很大的問題.. - 當USER要安裝軟體時，連domain Admin的權限都無法安裝， 必需要將windows installer 啟用後，才能安裝，如此一來很麻煩。 - 因為沒辦法降為一般user，所以這些人還是擁有Local Admin的權限， 還是可以私下將windows installer 啟用。 有好心人提供一個方法，直接從AD派送規則，這些USER就無法更改， 但是如此一來，就會遇到一開始的問題，別說啟用Windwos installer， 現在變成連改都沒辦法改，只能從AD停用這些規則。 - 停用windows installer 只能禁止.msi類型的軟體..... 3. 網路銀行或是一些需要在IE更新的元件，在domain Users的權限下無法更新 ，也是要切換到domain Admin權限才能安裝。 在此跪求偉大的鄉民們能提供解決辦法，或是更好的做法..T^T 3Q -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.46.76.250

萬聖節即將到來，南瓜季也進入高潮。北加州的1場南瓜秤重大賽，1顆重逾900公斤的南瓜稱霸，也改寫加州最大南瓜紀錄。

在北加州每年都會舉辦半月灣南瓜秤重大賽，今年來自納帕山谷的米勒（Gary Miller）帶來了1顆比小客車還大的南瓜，重達1985磅（約901公斤），拿下秤重大賽冠軍，同時也改寫了加州最大南瓜的紀錄。

有趣的是，納帕山谷一向被認為是葡萄酒的產地，但今年南瓜秤重大賽前3名的南瓜都來自於納帕山谷，納帕山谷儼然更適合種超大南瓜。

米勒說，他在是最適合種南瓜的時節開始種，幾乎每24小時就增加50磅，最後才長到這麼大；能夠贏得南瓜秤重大賽冠軍，他感到很開心，這也是這輩子他做過最酷的事。

今年半月灣南瓜秤重大賽共有54顆南瓜參賽，米勒的南瓜贏得冠軍獎金1萬1910美元，換算起來，米勒的南瓜每磅價值約6美元。

去年南瓜秤重大賽的冠軍南瓜重達為1775磅，米勒的南瓜雖然刷新了紀錄，但上星期在另一場外州的南瓜秤重大賽中，同樣居住在納帕山谷的馬蒂森（Tim Mathison），以2032磅的南瓜拿下冠軍，這也是目前全世界最大的南瓜紀錄。

「聖荷西信使報」報導，馬蒂森靠著這顆南瓜，在上個星期就贏得了近3萬美元的獎金，如果馬蒂森的南瓜紀錄能夠保持到11月1日，他就可以再獲得逾1萬5000美元的獎金。

【游芳男／宜蘭報導】2013宜蘭鴨鄉鴨香活動中的「第1屆創意鴨肉、蛋烘培伴手禮」競賽，包括國立蘇澳水產職校、羅東高商等4校6組學生是報名競技，競賽第 1階段評審（佔總分80分），今天在羅東聖母護校進行，學生們展示事先完成的作品一較高下，經評審，最後是由蘇水水產食品科、羅商餐飲科以72分同為最高分。
 
宜蘭畜產科長吳銘鋒說：參賽學生們均發揮創意，將鹹蛋、及皮蛋、鴨肉，變成午茶點心的杏仁鴨香塔、皮蛋果仁塔、鴨香鹹派、黑皮鴨等，還有走復古風的古味鹹蛋糕、鴨肉狀元酥，其中，更有學生直接將整粒皮蛋入餡的皮蛋酥，與融合了鴨蛋、鹹蛋黃及鴨賞混搭風的鴨香蛋糕，真是挑戰大家味蕾。
 
另外，競賽第二階段（佔總分20分）評比，將於11月2日在羅東中山公園的鴨鄉鴨香活動開幕式中，由現場100位來賓、民眾試吃給分，兩階段總分最高者為冠軍。
