在公眾演說的場合，當台下聽眾列席而坐、台上講者拿起麥克風的那一刻，誰是主角呢？從傳統的角度來看，理所當然是鎂光燈下的那位講者。不過，我有不同的淺見：主角應該在台下，而不是在台上。

每當有人談論「簡報技巧」，特別是需要對客戶提案的業務人員，我經常聽到的問題是：
如何克服緊張？
如何能吸引聽眾目光？
如何進行一場令人印象深刻的簡報？

還在摸索簡報技巧的朋友，最容易出現的盲點就是把焦點放在「自己」身上。面對群眾感到緊張，是因為我們認為「自己」的一舉一動是影響這一場「show」成敗的關鍵；我們學習各種技巧，好讓「自己」在台上看起來充滿自信、生動風趣；我們試著鋪陳充滿戲劇效果的話術或工具，期待「自己」成為唱作俱佳的演員，在聽眾心中留下深刻印象。

但是，如果我們靜下心來思考成功簡報的本質，它應該是將有價值（甚至撼動人心）的訊息，成功傳達到聽眾「心裡」的過程，而不只是進到「耳裡」。表達的用字遣詞、聲音的抑揚頓挫等技巧，固然可以讓訊息更順利的進入聽者「耳裡」，不過它們終究只是過程的「配套工具」，不保證訊息也被帶入了「心裡」。

在聽完一場「充滿技巧」的簡報之後，聽眾有可能想：「他的演講技巧真的很不錯。不過，他所說的內容和我的關聯不大。」

誰才是一次成功溝通過程的主角？又是由誰來評斷一場簡報的成功與否？毫無疑問的，不是拿著麥克風、看似主角的那個人；而是坐在台下、看似配角的聽者。想通這個「主客易位」的道理，其實我們應該花更多時間去深度理解，我們談論的主題對聽者的意義是什麼？他們需要的、感興趣的資訊是什麼？我們打算如何讓他們滿載而歸？

大陸「十一」長假今天開始，陸股也將休市一周，8日才恢復交易。據財新網統計，從2000至2012年的13年間，上證指數在長假後一周的上漲率達到61.54%。

據財新網調查，上證指數在「十一」後第一個交易日漲跌次數幾乎相當，開盤、收盤的上漲機率均為53.85%；「十一」後一周的上漲機率為61.54%，但平均漲幅均不到0.50%。

至於「十一」當月上證指數上漲機率則低於50%，僅46.15%，平均約下跌0.56%。

若以個別年度來看，過去13年中，2008年「十一」長假後，上證指數的跌幅最大，節後第一個交易日跌幅達到5.23%，節後一周和當月的跌幅更是高達12.78%和24.63%。

2009年至2010年「十一」後上證指數的漲幅較大，2009年「十一」後第一個交易日的漲幅達到4.76%，2010年「十一」當月的漲幅達到12.17%。

今年「十一」黃金周後大陸就將陸續公布PPI、CPI和外貿統計數據，這些重要財經數據預估將會是長假後市場關注的重點。

國防部延長募兵制的驗證期程，原民國82年次前出生的役男，原訂只服替代役，現在又須入營當兵，引發家長與役男關切，據傳國防部接獲大批投書關切。國防部發言人羅紹和上午表示，82年次前出生的役男有20萬人，其中只有6萬人須入營服1年常備兵役，其餘14萬人仍服替代役，他強調募兵制沒有跳票問題。
