※ [本文轉錄自 Food 看板 #1IFOybTp ] 作者: blueherobest (苦蓮) 看板: Food 標題: [食記] 中壢 JP法國美食 時間: Sat Sep 21 20:20:50 2013 圖文：http://bluehero.pixnet.net/blog/post/37348019 時間：2013/9 一般對法國料理的印象總是停留在高貴、精緻、不便宜的刻板印象，其實會 造成這種印象的都是現代法國料理所帶來的影響。其實在法國街頭，有許多 家常菜小館子、小酒館或是三明治店，價格沒有想像中的貴。記得去年在巴 黎的Mouffetard市場，那兒的小館子，三道菜的午餐最便宜還不到10歐，以 巴黎的物價水準來看，這價格很便宜了吧！甚至比台灣的一些歐陸小館來的 便宜。 近來得知了中壢火車站附近的東南亞外勞商圈裡，異軍突起了一攤法國美食 的小攤販，老闆還是純正的法國人，退休之後在中壢街頭擺攤賣法國美食。 尋了一天假日特地跑來中壢一嚐。 其實JP法國美食小攤賣的食物並非一般我們印象中的高級法國料理，JP主要 提供的是三明治。其實在巴黎街頭，這種三明治店很常見，走幾步路就能看 到一家，每個車站幾乎都有一兩間，另外很常見的還有Kebab店。這兩種食物 充斥著巴黎街頭，不管作為早餐、點心來說，都相當適合，有些人也會作為 簡單的午餐來吃。JP法國美食賣的就是這種法國街頭小食。也因為是街頭小 食，所以不要抱著吃法國菜的心態來吃阿，其實他就是很簡單的三明治呀。 法國香腸＄40 法國老闆自製的香腸，用鐵板煎烤至表面微焦。香腸的肉質扎實，沒有肥油 的純瘦肉，口感較乾。裡頭灌的肉纖維較粗，也能見到綠色的香草，有著濃 郁的香料味兒，同時也比較鹹一些，風味獨特的香腸，味道不賴。 法國吧嗲＄50 Pâté翻成吧嗲兩字有點怪，不過無妨。Pâté是一種法國的家常食物，泛 指肉醬或肉派，通常是用豬肉攪碎成泥加入其他食材與香料做成的，通常用 來塗抹麵包食用。JP的Pâté則用來搭配麵包吃，只是我覺得可惜的是裡頭 加了生菜和千島醬，搶了Pâté的原味。其實單吃JP的Pâté挺不錯的，口 感細緻彈嫩，帶著淡淡香氣與滑膩。我想下次來吃的時候，叫老闆不要加生 菜沙拉好了，僅僅麵包配Pâté應該會更好吃一些，否則Pâté的味道都被 沙拉醬蓋住了，此外，他們家用的麵包是一般的橢圓漢堡包，怎麼不用法國 麵包呢？法國麵包配Pâté會更棒吧！真是相當可惜。不過挺想問問看老闆 有沒有單賣Pâté？有的話可買個一條回家抹麵包吃！ JP法國美食 地址：桃園縣中壢市中平路16號 -- 一個人的美食、旅行與生活...柔藍食單 http://bluehero.pixnet.net/blog -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.165.11.251 ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ※ 轉錄者: blueherobest (118.165.11.251), 時間: 09/21/2013 20:21:04

標題[好雷] 被偷走的那五年

中秋連假，晚上9點家族烤完肉沒事做，被哥抓去看電影 22:10分的場次，竟然是爆滿狀態，是大家都沒事做還是這部片的緣故XD 連走道上都有坐人，是說台南新光現在是開放站票了是不是?? 先說原PO感想:=======不要中秋節就撥那麼悲情的電影吧!!========= 可能是原PO電影看的不夠多，但這是我第一次看電影有想哭的衝動 也是第一次遇過周圍有人在哭的，結局除了無奈外還是無奈 劇情大致如下: 1.前半段喪失記憶，小倆口閃光治癒小劇場，配合阿KEN的搞笑演出 看起片來輕鬆無壓力，基本上就是在拼湊這五年的記憶 還有女主角以前是多麼強勢，雙方是因為什麼原因離婚的 2.看到老人癡呆症那裡我真的傻住了，這是怎樣!!!不就是三個東西忘掉了而已 結果檢查後還是一樣，血塊的原因。劇情開始轉折。 3.接下來是謝宇無私的付出，就像照顧小嬰兒一樣。所謂無私的愛就是如此吧! 謝宇再次求婚的那一段，真的是又好笑又感動 4.劇情再次轉折，女主角跑去開刀了，照理來說劇情應該要來個happy ending 看到女主角在病床上醒來後哭，我還以為是手術成功喜極而泣 5.現實總是殘酷的，手術失敗的結果是全身癱瘓，最後連腿都要切除 女主角甚至想以自殺結束生命。這裡也讓人反思安樂死的必要性。 坦白說，原po到最後都希望有奇蹟發生，像是某些植物人手腳都突然能動一樣 但是從癡呆，癱瘓，截肢，到最後氣切。對觀眾而言可以說是期待愈深失望愈深， 劇情的最後，謝宇停下了按下按鈕的動作，但...對他們而言迎來的似乎還是黑暗的未來 另外比較特別的是，這片的女主角是個大陸人。坦白說一開始聽不太習慣， 但最後我認為女主角是這部片的一大特色之一，如果是其他人演這片可能就失了味道 最後還是要鄭重推薦，本人認為是國片近年來最催淚的作品-被偷走的那五年 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.200.178.224 ※ 編輯: a2379928 來自: 1.200.178.224 (09/22 01:14)

【綜合報導】一名遊客前日於新疆喀納斯湖遊覽時，拍攝到湖中游動的不明物體，疑似傳聞中的「水怪」，遂將水怪畫面透過媒體曝光。
 
畫面顯示，一白色長形物體向前游動，隨後湖面露出兩個白點，很快形成一串，「頭部」露出水面，游動2分鐘後消失，湖面恢復了平靜。

巴基斯坦外交部否認媒體報導，表示巴國並未釋放遭其囚禁的阿富汗神學士共同創辦人巴拉達爾。阿富汗政府要求放人，以促進阿國和平進展。巴拉達爾於1994年和另外三人創建阿富汗神學士組織，2001年美國推翻神學士政權後，巴拉達爾成為叛亂活動的關鍵人物，於2010年在巴國卡拉奇市被捕。（英國廣播公司21日電）
