【張欽／台北報導】前總統李登輝涉及國安密帳案，台北地院今天下午2時30分開庭辯論，李登輝稍早2時許抵達法院，媒體告知國民黨主席馬英九不讓立法院長王金平參加全代會，李登輝說：「人家（王金平）還有國民黨黨員的資格在啊！」

至於馬這樣會不會太「鴨霸」，李指出，民主社會要照民主制度來進行才對，「不能個人想要怎樣就怎樣，要用（遵守）制度啊！」

我有申請Dropbox雲端空間，因為想取代使用隨身碟攜帶資料的習慣，家中電腦蒐整的資料，可以到公司用筆電直接抓取。
想請問以下問題:

(1)所謂的同步軟體是指，如果將A電腦的檔案存到Dropbox，那在B電腦也有Dropbox時，B電腦會自動下載至電腦裡嗎??還是只會在Dropbox資料夾中看到??沒有實際佔用空間?

(2)如果在公司的筆電中，刪除Dropbox中的檔案時，雲端資料夾的檔案也會被刪掉嗎??

(3)如果只想家中電腦跟雲端兩個地方有檔案，筆電只是需要時抓取，用完後刪除，應該如何做呢?

請有經驗的大大提供建議，謝謝

中油公司預定17日召開臨時董事會，將由中美和董事長陳綠蔚接任總經理；原總經理孔祥雲將外派接任台耀石化公司董事長，力拚石化高值化。

孔祥雲在民國101年11月30日接任中油總經理一職，創下外派人員回鍋中油接任總經理的先例，這次轉任中油高級顧問，並外派接任台耀石化公司董事長；是中油創立以來任期最短的總座。

經濟部國營會執行長劉明忠證實這項人事安排。他表示，主要是中油公司董事長林聖忠認為高值化策略一直沒有實質進展，希望借重孔祥雲專長，綜合考量下的工作安排。

為響應政府石化高值化政策，中油在100年11月與台橡、富邦金創合資成立台耀石化材料科技公司，斥資新台幣86億元於高雄新三輕工廠，興建合計總產能20萬公噸的 5個碳下游工廠，跨入高附加價值的橡膠市場，是中油第一個高值化的投資案。

據了解，台耀石化將生產包括醫療接著劑、電絕緣等產品，今年底就會完工，年產值上看58億元；林聖忠寄望頗深。

至於外傳中油前 8月虧損嚴重，達14億元，但競爭對手台塑化卻獲利甚豐，是孔祥雲突然被撤換的主因。中油公司澄清，虧損主要是與新廠啟動攤提折舊有關，與經營不完全有關係。

行政院長江宜樺今天將到立院施政報告，提出兩岸簽署服貿協議象徵兩岸經貿邁向全面交流合作，也將帶動其他周邊國家與台灣簽署ECA(經濟合作協議)。

立法院今天開議，行政院長江宜樺受邀到立院進行施政報告並備質詢，江宜樺的報告內容分為6大方向，「創造兩岸互利 務實拓展外交」方面提及今年6月簽署完成的「海峽兩岸服務貿易協議」。

江宜樺表示，簽署兩岸服貿協議，象徵兩岸經貿將邁向全面交流合作的時代，加上後續其他協議陸續洽簽，可讓國內企業分享中國大陸廣大市場，並帶動商品出口，或匯回利潤。

此外，也將相繼帶動其他周邊國家與台灣簽署ECA，例如今年7月10日簽署完成「台紐經濟合作協定」(ANZTEC)；即將可望完成簽署的「台星經濟夥伴協議」(ASTEP)，將為下一階段台灣洽簽「區域全面經濟夥伴關係」(RCEP)及「跨太平洋夥伴協議」(TPP)，奠定厚實基礎。

「照顧庶民生活」部分，江宜樺說，政府施行「特種貨物及勞務稅條例（俗稱奢侈稅）」、加強各稅稽徵及證券交易所得課稅等，有效發揮所得重分配功能。

對於近期軍中管教制度衍生的人權問題，行政院也回應各界提出的改革訴求，成立「軍事冤案申訴委員會」，主動過濾過去軍事審判案件中有疑義的案件，同時責成國防部徹底檢討軍中管教、禁閉及申訴等相關制度。

「整合人才培育」部分，江宜樺表示，為普及文化資源，政府已陸續在各地興建重大文化設施，例如故宮南部院區博物館建築工程已於今年2月開工；北部流行音樂中心工程於6月開工，海洋文化及流行音樂中心預定12月開工；衛武營藝術文化中心及台中大都會歌劇院等工程正持續進行中。

我用arduino設3個輸出，在led上前2個亮度差不多，第3個led只有微亮，電壓測出來都是4.4v左右，想用來驅動繼電器，不過第3個輸出無法使繼電器動作，跟電流有關嗎?還是甚麼地方有問題，有甚麼方式可以解決?
