看王馬鬥　李登輝：不能想怎樣就怎樣

【張欽／台北報導】前總統李登輝涉及國安密帳案，台北地院今天下午2時30分開庭辯論，李登輝稍早2時許抵達法院，媒體告知國民黨主席馬英九不讓立法院長王金平參加全代會，李登輝說：「人家（王金平）還有國民黨黨員的資格在啊！」

至於馬這樣會不會太「鴨霸」，李指出，民主社會要照民主制度來進行才對，「不能個人想要怎樣就怎樣，要用（遵守）制度啊！」
