(軍聞社記者陳映竹臺北一日電)總統馬英九先生今天視察臺鐵南迴線枋山二號隧道列車事故處理情形，除肯定國軍官兵及時救援的表現，並呼籲相關單位審慎檢討此次事故，建立完備防護措施。

　馬總統上午由國防部參謀總長高廣圻上將、交通部次長范植谷、經濟部水利署長楊偉甫、總統府副秘書長熊光華、屏東縣長曹啟鴻等人陪同下，前往自強號列車出軌事故地點，除瞭解列車失事原因及搶修完工期程，並慰勉現場協助救援的國軍官兵及臺鐵員工，為他們打氣加油。

　馬總統表示，此次發生事故的列車上恰巧有醫護人員，及時提供旅客必要協助，同時六十五名陸軍第八軍團官兵在第一時間趕赴事故現場救援，以及「臺灣高鐵公司」派遣廿八名員工支援救災，加上配合臺鐵局現有一百多名員工負責搶修工作，均殊值肯定。

　馬總統強調，儘管此次事故係天災造成，且極端氣候亦難以預測降雨時機及降雨量，國人仍須秉持「料敵從寬、禦敵從嚴」原則，以採取更完備防護措施，避免類似事件重演。

　此外，國軍第四作戰區上午也派遣近二百名兵力，以及中型戰術輪車、抽水機等五類廿二項車輛機具，分別前往臺南市龍崎、關廟、北門、新營區、高雄市六龜區、屏東縣林邊與枋山等地區，協助地方政府執行低漥地區抽水、物資搬運、沙包堆置、清理土石流及道路淤泥清除等災後復原作業，全力讓民眾生活重回常軌。

事隔將近70年後，荷蘭裔德國人布魯因斯在德國西部哈根受審，如果被判有罪，可能將面臨無期徒刑。

布魯因斯住在德國西部的布雷克費爾德，他和另外1名已故共犯，被控於1944年9月駐守德國與荷蘭邊界時，謀殺俘虜荷蘭反抗軍戴克馬。

布魯因斯被控在1944年9月21或22日，從背後對戴克馬開了4槍，布魯因斯2012年7月接受德國電視台訪問時，坦承認他當時在場，但堅稱扣下扳機的不是他。

《每日郵報》19日報導，現年23歲的美國夏威夷女孩貝薩妮‧漢密爾頓2003年在衝浪時不幸被鯊魚咬掉一條胳膊，然而身殘志堅的她非但沒有被擊垮，在受傷僅3周後就又開始繼續從事她熱愛的衝浪運動，重返衝浪賽場。過去幾年來中，漢密爾頓經常在世界各地進行巡迴演講，用她自強不息的勇敢精神鼓舞了成千上萬人，而她的經歷也在2011年被拍成了電影《靈魂衝浪人》。

根據中國經濟網報導，讓人欣慰的是，如今身殘志堅的漢密爾頓終於也找到了屬於自己的幸福。日前，她與25歲男友、年輕英俊的基督教牧師亞當‧德克斯在夏威夷舉行盛大婚禮，正式步入婚姻殿堂！

13歲被鯊魚咬掉一胳膊

據報導，現年23歲的貝薩妮‧漢密爾頓是美國夏威夷人，2003年10月31日早晨，漢密爾頓和朋友一起去海灣衝浪。大約半個小時後，漢密爾頓躺在衝浪板上休息，並順勢把一條胳膊伸到水裡玩耍。這時，一個灰影突然竄到她跟前，那是一條約5公尺長的虎鯊。漢密爾頓隨即感到一陣劇烈的搖晃和鑽心的疼痛。當她低下頭試圖掙扎時，蔚藍的海水已經被染成一片猩紅，她立刻意識到自己被鯊魚咬掉了一條胳膊！

當漢密爾頓掙扎著用剩下的右手劃向岸邊時，朋友用一條衝浪板的繩子綁在傷口附近為她止血，隨即救護車迅速將她送到最近的醫院。抵達醫院時，她已經流失了全身60%的血液，生命垂危。讓人欣慰的是，漢密爾頓並沒有因這一惡夢而放棄她的衝浪夢想，她在醫院裡說的第一句話就是：『我什麼時候能再去衝浪』。當她胳膊上的繃帶被拆開時，長長的傷口讓在場的所有人都難以接受眼前殘酷的現實，只有漢密爾頓異常平靜。她說：『我無法改變現實，所以只能勇敢面對它。』

重返大海精神鼓舞世人

受傷僅僅3周之後，漢密爾頓的身影就再次重返大海，繼續衝浪。經過一系列刻苦的恢復性訓練，她的競技水平並沒有因為少了一條胳膊而有所降低。讓人欽佩的是，漢密爾頓先後奪得一系列賽事的冠軍，其中包括2004年的第15屆全國衝浪錦標賽冠軍。2010年，漢密爾頓更是成為全世界排名第20位的女性衝浪高手。與此同時，漢密爾頓頻頻地出現在電視節目和各種演講集會上，用自己的經歷告訴人們不要向命運低頭。

過去幾年來中，漢密爾頓經常在世界各地進行巡迴演講，用她自強不息的勇敢精神鼓舞了成千上萬人。2005年，漢密爾頓出版了她的自傳《靈魂衝浪：一個關於信仰、家庭和重返滑板之戰的真實故事(台灣譯：──靈魂衝浪手：左手的勇氣)》。2011年，漢密爾頓的這本自傳又被拍成了同名電影《靈魂衝浪人》，從此她的傳奇經歷在全世界都家喻戶曉。
