實體黃金需求大增，金價被推至 2 個月以來新高，但美國聯準會 (Fed) 透露年底前將退場 QE 的決策，仍讓金價普遍看空，讓交易商對金價抱持 9 周以來最悲觀態度。

《彭博社》對分析師們的調查結果， 8 位看好黃金走向，2 位認為持平，有 12 位分析師預期下周金價將下跌，這是自 6 月 21 日以來，調查結果中最高比例看空黃金市場。自投機客從 7 月創紀錄高點，減持 27%的空頭部位後，金價將自去年 9 月以來，首次出現連續兩個月上漲。

投資人對黃金市場失去信心後，金價將出現 13 年來首年度下跌，讓黃金礦業也減記至少 260 億美元，美國避險基金巨擘鮑爾森 (John Paulson) 今年也投資黃金失利。在 8 月 21 日的 Fed 會議紀錄顯示，Fed 的決策者們多半傾向今年底前逐步縮減購債規模。自 6 月底以來，亞洲貴金屬需求激增，也推動黃金價格至昨日已上漲 17%。

盛寶銀行 (Saxo Bank A/S) 商品策略部門主管 Ole Hansen 表示，或許投資人拋售黃金的狀況已見谷底，金市目前也漸趨向穩定，但金價目前可能還沒走出困境。

■ QE 刺激金價

今年倫敦黃金價格 已下跌 18%，每盎司為 1375.75 美元，8 月 19 日時，金價自 7 月 28 日低點的每盎司 1180.5 美元，攀上兩個月新高的每盎司 1384.55 美元。自今年 1 月以來，追蹤 24 種商品走勢的標準普爾 GSCI 現貨商品指數 (S&P GSCI) 下跌 0.7%，MSCI 明晟世界股指上漲 8.3%，彭博美國公債指數 (Bloomberg U.S. Treasury Bond Index) 下跌了 3.9%

從 2008 年 12 月到 2011 年 1 月，Fed 購債規模已超過 2 兆美元，使投資人更加擔心美元貶值與通膨速度加快，因此黃金價格同時也上漲了 70%，

根據 7 月底的 Fed 會議內容顯示，大部份 Fed 的決策者認為 QE 退場時機未到，但仍有部分委員表示購債規模最近即將縮減。

標準銀行 (Standard Bank Group Ltd) 在 8 月 21 日的報告中表示，最近黃金價格上漲，部分原因也是美國投機客看空部位減少。美國期貨交易委員會 (Commodity Futures Trading Commission ，CFTC ) 公佈的數據顯示，基金經理人淨多頭部位在 8 月 13 日的一周也上漲 18%，空頭部位下跌 17%，比多頭還多跌了 3%，淨多頭部位自 10 月以來已下跌 71%。(接下頁)

疑因豪雨 五楊高路面裂縫30公尺

國道高速公路五楊高架道路北上45.2公里（南崁靠近林口位置），今天下午被巡查的工程人員發現，約有30公尺範圍內，出現多數路面龜裂現象，疑因連豪雨所造成的。

路面龜裂現象雖與道路工程結構無關，基於車輛行駛安全，桃園施工所向國道高速公路局反映，建議今天晚上封閉兩線道路，維持單線行駛方式，進行路面刨除後重鋪作業。

國道1號五楊高架今天在北上路段，出現3處裂縫，最長達30公尺。交通部國道新建工程局說，今天晚間10時封閉兩車道修補。

五楊高架道路在今年4月20日開放通車，4個月後就出現裂縫，頗讓外界好奇。

國工局說，這3處裂縫出現在北上45.2公里附近，但不是在高架橋上，而是在平面的路堤段。

國工局指出，1條裂縫在內側車道，另2條分別在路肩及排水溝，寬度1到2公分，局部隆起4至5公分，內側車道的裂縫有30公尺長，另2條則呈斷續狀。

交通部高速公路局是在上午11時接獲用路人通報，國工局派人到到現場實地查看後，發現確實有裂縫，雖無安全問題，但考量用路人的舒適度，先封閉裂縫區域。

國工局說，今天晚上10時會封閉五楊高架2條車道，立即修補裂縫，只保留1條給用路人使用，預計明天上午6時，封閉的車道可重新開放通行。

夢遊不夠看 有人邊睡邊傳簡訊

現代人智慧型手機不離手，導致越來越多人出現睡夢中傳簡訊的情形。專家說這會導致健康問題，建議民眾睡覺時手機拿離臥房。

美國1名23歲的女子告訴哥倫比亞廣播公司（CBS）地方台，她會在睡夢時傳簡訊給親友，但起床後完全不記得。

「每日郵報」（Daily Mail）報導，這名女子說，她常常會在凌晨3、4點時傳訊，起床後才發現傳了一堆無意義的文字。

這種情況可能有點丟臉，不過更重要的是這會影響人體健康。EOS睡眠中心的沃伯醫師（Josh Werber）表示，睡眠中傳簡訊的民眾「可能在快速動眼期睡得不夠沉，但這段睡眠期間對腦部複雜運作功能相當關鍵。」

沃伯醫師建議把手機拿離床的周圍，或者根本就拿出臥房。

他說，這除了避免睡夢中傳簡訊外，也讓民眾不會被手機發出的光影響。沃伯並建議睡前1小時不要使用電子產品，讓夜裡更好眠。

目前沒有研究針對睡夢中傳簡訊的情形，但睡夢中寫電子郵件在2008年曾有相關研究。

根據美國托雷多大學（University of Toledo）研究人員報告，1名44歲婦女熟睡時會撰寫電郵，但是醒來後完全沒有印象。

「民生詐欺」告發　檢搜索胖達人

【綜合報導】パン達人（パン音同胖）連鎖麵包店，標榜天然食材、無化學添加物，抬高售價，卻被查出添加人工香精，台北市長郝龍斌昨天下午痛批業者惡劣欺騙是「民生詐欺」，將向檢調告發，檢警昨晚「夜襲」赴業者北市的總公司展開搜索約談，查扣相關帳冊、進銷貨憑單保全證據，全案朝詐欺罪嫌漏夜偵辦。

昨上午業者無預警貼出公告，即起暫停營業3天，公司並更換董事長、更新管理團隊。有民眾在台北忠孝店， 拿近日消費的15張發票，共3105元想退費，卻吃閉門羹，怒批：「業者應盡快負起責任！」而踢爆此事的香港網友Keith（李冠集）在臉書粉絲頁提到，香港海關已到パン達人香港分店抽查。也承認有使用人工香精，前天已將16種產品下架。

請問一下 我原本FB的帳號登入BS 然後玩手機板開水 想要用另一個帳號加自己的邀請碼 於是我把模擬器開水移除 然後再重灌 但是在搜尋app的時候 我打happy fish 跟開心水族都有下拉清單 點下去卻沒有出現任何可以下載的 App search 甚麼東西都搜尋不到 不過BS上面推薦已顯示的APP都可以下載 我重灌了BS 還有BlueStacks_0.7.13.msi 也重開機了 結果app還是不能下載 有板有可以幫我找我的問題在哪裡嗎=口= -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.168.187.22
