大陸西部機場投資熱 80營運虧損

大陸國務院總理李克強近日表示，擴大重點基礎建設投入西部地區。受惠政策扶持，西部各省將在機場建設展開新一輪投資競賽。不過，專家示警，目前僅少數大城市盈利，西部超過80%機場營運虧損。

民航數據顯示，去年大陸183個機場中，有150多個虧損，共損失人民幣20億元，每個機場平均虧損人民幣1,500萬元。專家表示，快速發展背後很難擺脫虧損，對於機場建設仍要因地制宜。

每日經濟報導，發改委將大力支持雲南鐵路、機場等建設。據悉，西部有多個機場建設或擴建計劃。光是新疆今年擴建機場就多達9個。

甘肅甘南夏河機場19日通航，是當地少數民族區第一個通航民用機場。總投資約人民幣7.1億元，目標力拚2020年旅客吞吐量14萬人次。

機場建設也將引發資金困難。大陸民用機場數量第二大的雲南，機場建設發展快速，由於大多數機場處於虧損狀態，雲南機場遇到資金困境。其中，騰沖機場計劃投資超過人民幣9億元，因為虧損持續，引發之前合作的民營資本撤離。

我已重新下載IE9到電腦裏，想要重灌時 ，都出現 "須登出Windows，再重新登入，設定才可生效」，但我不明白。我的電腦是只有我一個使用者，登出後，又是用user重新登入，還是不能重灌IE9。

15年的車 去年牽去學校附近風評不錯的保養廠說要換後避震 結果換完開起來覺得怪怪的 算很硬 打去保養廠問 老闆說開一陣子就不會了 後來今年開了時候 越開發現越糟糕 聲音很大聲 而且感覺輪胎要外翻了 尤其上禮拜走南迴跑去花東 回程時感覺要翻車了 這禮拜三就搜尋嘉義市風評不錯的店家(老闆從Toyota出來 在裡頭當小組長) 老闆檢查一下發現後避震被裝成「A秀」(英文不太會打) 說難怪開起來不舒服 那時候聽他在分析 也覺得很有道理 說要和客戶溝通好 我離開時也叫老闆幫我找好的牌子(聊天中有談到KYB和TRD) 結果隔天老闆打來跟我說換兩支後避震要12000元 那時有稍微感覺貴了一些 但還是給它修下去(原本還有C方案的冷氣要價15000 囧 老闆說風扇時快時慢 有用高低壓機器測試) ---------------------------------------------------------------------- 以下為重點 結果今天去換時 發現裝著兩支後避震的箱子上有著TOYOTA的MARK 而且不是整個總成 就兩支單薄的後避震而已 那時眉頭皺了好幾次 發現案情並不單純 就用手機上網拍看一下 後避震總成還比較便宜 而老闆在換的過程中還拆舊的不合適上座來換(有用挫刀把孔弄大一點 才放得進去) 然後說現在車廠都不專業 每次都換總成 我就在想 換總成比較可以一次解決問題吧！ 後來他搞了一陣子 就裝上去了 目前開起來有比之前好很多 附上維修單http://ppt.cc/n0iN 最後的火星塞是老闆發現我的被裝成1.6的 於是幫我換掉的 我也不怕被笑 雖然修完了 不過真的有問題的項目請大家幫忙指出來 像是單獨一支後避震(無總成)要價4000元(還比總成貴)之類的 我就有些疑問 要罵也可以 不過拜託別說「修完就算了」之類的話 先謝謝大家了 ps.我不在意店家該賺的 只是是否有被趴兩層皮的嫌疑 這是之後我要不要回去保養的關鍵 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 112.105.125.69 ※ 編輯: playid 來自: 112.105.125.69 (08/24 16:00)

我現在倫敦到下週四 請問padfone在英國西班牙荷蘭香港 能用哪家電信門號，又是如何開通行動上網的？ 我用asus padfone 2, 在英國買了lyca的sim卡, 必須打去客服中心才能開通3G上網 結果客服中心說他們手機名單現在沒有我這機種，tech team要花點時間處理 再寄信告訴我怎麼設定上網，結果已經三天了還沒好，我打算要他們退錢，試別家的卡 我在德國用lebara電信時，插卡開機一陣子後收到簡訊，再重開機就可以上網了 順便問有沒有預付卡可以帶去其他歐洲國家漫遊的，因為我買過三張卡每次都有問題 很煩，接下來去西班牙荷蘭香港不想再一國買一卡了 Orz 反正預付卡的話費總是用不完 我在德國用lebara電信時，插卡開機一陣子後收到簡訊，再重開機就可以上網了 帶去荷蘭和英國時明明有漫遊符號，卻不能播打傳簡訊，收簡訊一天後才收到 卡店的人說漫遊有時可用有時不行，我是通通不行 padfone 2 規格： WCDMA HSPA+ UL:5.76 Mbps/DL:21 Mbps 3G : WCDMA : 900/2100（另一說HSDPA 900 / 2100） 2G : EDGE/GPRS/GSM : 850/900/1800/1900 英國手機頻率： 1.
