標題[請問] 部分線上影片lag

請問大家 自從最近換了電腦以後 看線上影片有的會lag 但不是所有的影片都會 例如同樣是土豆網 有的影片會lag 有的就不會 甚至lag的影片開始前 土豆網自己的廣告也都沒有lag 系統win8 瀏覽器用過chrome和IE 甚至連pcman都試用過 清除過cookie 暫存 chrome也停用重複的內建flash 請問這跟影片編碼有關嗎... 要怎麼設定或是要下載甚麼... 拜託大家幫忙了 謝謝! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.248.245.216

【綜合報導】美國佛州中部鄰近迪士尼樂園的夏灣渡假村(Summer Bay Resort)，11日突然出現一個寬18公尺深4.5公尺的大洞，建築物應聲塌陷，當時約住有35名房客，房客先聽到崩裂聲後紛紛走出房門，所幸大家都在建築物坍塌前離開，沒有傳出任何傷亡。
 
佛州長期以來飽受地洞之苦，造成數百萬美元的損失，由於佛州位於石灰岩地帶，一下雨就容易分解加速侵蝕，導致地層鬆動進而龜裂出現地洞。

為彌補明年度中央政府總預算案財政缺口，政府規劃出售合庫金、兆豐金、台積電及中鋼等上市櫃公司股票，初估約五百億元，並協調四大基金進場承接，以避免大量釋股衝擊股市，同時鞏固公股經營權。

政府已多年未編列釋股預算，但明年度總預算案歲入、歲出差短逼近三千億元，創近年新高，為彌補財政缺口，這波規劃釋股的標的規模之大，是近年罕見；而協調四大基金承接，等於政府拿股票跟四大基金換現金，這種預算籌編方式更是史上首例。

行政院今天將召開明年度中央政府總預算案全體會議，下周四報送院會核定，以趕在立法院下月召開新會期審議。

行政院官員昨天表示，這波擴大釋股主要由國發基金、財政部及經濟部擔任要角。為避免造成台股震盪，政院將訂定包括協調四大基金承接持股等縝密釋股計畫。此外，台新金強推與彰銀合併案紛擾不斷，為避免遭不當解讀，財政部及國發基金都決定不出售彰銀股票。

國發基金部分，規劃盈餘繳庫數多達三百多億元，擬出售台電積等四家上市櫃公司股票，台電積規劃賣一點七億股以上，釋股收入約一百八十億元；另三家也是科技事業，合計釋股收入約一百二十億元。

官員說，這三家科技事業的股本相對小，為避免預算還沒通過就已衝擊股價，尚不便透露公司。

財政部繳庫目標約一百三十億元，釋股將以合庫金及兆豐金為主，以及少量的第一金，釋股數等細節，將視缺口彌補情況而定；若已足夠，第一金可能就不釋。
