【綜合報導】昨午台中市消防局接獲報案：「我女友卡在屋頂上。」10多名警消帶救援器材趕往梅川東路三段一棟公寓，報案男子帶警消衝上5樓頂，發現一名20多歲辣妹站在隔壁4樓鐵皮屋頂，手抓鐵窗神情尷尬。原來辣妹手機受潮，拔下電池放在窗邊晾乾，不料開窗時把電池推落到隔壁鐵皮屋頂，她叫男友去撿，但男友說：「我會怕！」辣妹只好自己從頂樓沿著鐵窗爬下約6米高度去撿，結果受困。

台北39.3℃熱破百年紀錄 你融化了嗎

台北盆地發高燒！昨天下午一點五十八分，台北氣象站測得高溫卅九點三度，破了該站一百一十七年來最高紀錄；中央氣象局表示，今明兩天和昨天類似，雙北市氣溫皆上看卅七度，請民眾多加注意。

台北飆破百年高溫，用電量也大幅攀升；台電表示，昨天下午一點五十分，瞬間用電量最高峰達三千三百五十六點三萬瓩，一舉刷新今年最高紀錄。

台北氣象站自一八九六年設站以來，最高溫紀錄為二○○三年八月九日測得的卅八點八度，但昨天台北氣溫在卅分鐘內，由平紀錄變成破紀錄的卅九點三度。

不過，全台最高溫仍為二○○四年五月九日，台東站測得的四十點二度，造成高溫的原因是焚風；資料顯示，台北廿二次的高溫紀錄中，有六次皆發生於八月八日、八月九日之間，氣象局表示純屬巧合。

預報中心主任鄭明典說，昨日的高溫主要受到太平洋高壓增強的影響，空氣沉降使地表溫度快速上升；加上曾造成上海、杭州等地氣溫飆至四十度的大陸暖空氣團，正好在台灣上方，空氣對流不易，且昨日盛行風為南風，海風無法進入台北盆地，才產生如此極端溫度。

預報中心課長陳怡良說，台灣歷年最高溫前六名，皆是焚風或氣流沉降造成的，這次排名第七的台北特高溫，成因較罕見。

氣象局表示，溫度未來還會不會上升並不確定，不過類似的天氣會持續到周六，才會逐漸有水氣接近台灣。

今天北部溫度仍可達卅六度以上，其他地區也有卅三、卅四度，午後雷陣雨因受高壓影響，範圍較小，西半部的山區發生機率較大。

  • 陳文科等議員要求市府積極拼經濟、爭活水

高雄市搶頭香爭取到黃色小鴨至高雄港展出，並帶來10億商機，讓在今年5月即要求市府積極爭取黃色小鴨到安平港的市議員陳文科、洪玉鳳、蔡淑惠相當扼腕。8日抨擊市府做事消極被動，如何拼經濟、爭活水？

陳文科議員指出，台南市與高雄市同為直轄市，但二者拚經濟、爭活水的方式卻截然不同，高雄市長陳菊為行銷世運，3年前曾風光的展開「北京行」，9日更將親率包括副市長劉世芳及5局長、一處長的執政團隊，前往大陸天津、深圳、廈門及福州等4個城市，行銷高雄之美，並邀請大陸各城市首長到高雄參加亞太城巿高峰會，現在還搶先爭取黃色小鴨到高雄港展出，隨後黃色小鴨還將到台中、桃園及基隆等縣市，台南市卻迄今沒消息，讓人質疑，市府各項施政都輸人，何以民調卻依舊第一呢？

洪玉鳳議員表示，高雄市爭取黃色小鴨，是由副市長帶領留學德國的團隊成員至香港拜會黃色小鴨的作者，以誠意感動對方，讓高雄市取代原第一站的基隆港，反觀台南市則是夢幻式的施政，僅寫信給黃色小鴨作者，無法以行動落實爭取，整個市府團隊皆自我陶醉在民調第一名的虛幻中，卻看不到民間有任何商機，實在讓人痛心，若是市府再不務實，僅停留在攤販式的農特產品促銷展售，台南市永遠只能賺觀光客的『便當錢』。

蔡淑惠議員則自曝家醜，指上個月市議會由議長帶領10幾位議員與市長賴清德及二位立委至日本促銷芒果，但與外交部的餐會中，議長及議員們還有一位立委卻被排擠無法與會，這種不把市議會放在眼裡，小鼻子小眼睛的做法，台南市要如何拼國際觀光呢？她並呼籲賴市長要放寬心胸、放大視野，不要自我感覺良好，僅在原地踏步，盼能學習高雄市長陳菊的做法，以城市的經濟發展為念，否則僅有賴市長的未來有希望，整個台南市卻死氣沈沈，如此會對不起支持他的市民。

英國碳信託公司 (Carbon Trust)的新研究報告指出，利用行動數據串流一場足球賽到智慧手機或平板電腦上，產生的碳排放量和開汽油車輛行駛10哩(16公里)相同。

因為住的地方今天施工停電到下午 但偏偏因為工作關係這時間應該是我正熟睡的時間 而我房間又是屬於悶燒型 就算不開冷氣至少也要開個電扇才睡的著… 所以上來問問 有沒有比較便宜的飯店可以休息 我只要求可以涼涼的睡一覺 其他設備不重要Q_Q 但希望能便宜的 還有因為鬼門開了 希望那間飯店也要乾淨的=_=…… 或是有哪裡可以涼涼坐下來趴著睡的 我想到麥當勞…不過好像不太好@@|||？ 對了我在安南區 現在快熱死了… 先謝謝大家QQ -- posted from android bbs reader on my Sony Ericsson LT26i https://market.android.com/details?id=com.bbs.reader -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 27.242.50.236

「進擊的輪胎」　撞車後肇事逃逸

【李俊賢／台北報導】車禍事故有很多種，但單單只被輪胎撞上就實在令人哭笑不得。有網友將1段行車紀錄器所拍下的影片PO上網，影片內1輛自小客車行經十字路口欲左轉時，對向1輛對向行駛而來的廂型車，左後輪胎竟然自行脫落，直接撞上小客車，又回彈「逃離現場」，廂型車駕駛見狀立即下車追捕「肇事逃逸」的輪胎。

有網友戲稱為「進擊的輪胎」，還有人有套上洪案曹軍檢的名言：「沒有輪胎，完全沒有輪胎！」但《蘋果》還是提醒用路人，上路前請先檢查車輛是否有故障，避免造成不能挽回的憾事。

聯上台南標地　花5.34億元

【劉曉霞／台北報導】聯上實業今天以5.34億元，標下台南市水交社段1964坪的土地，溢價率僅2.84%，這是聯上取得台南第3塊土地。

聯上實業董事長特助王惠珍表示，該案規劃主推首購及換屋族群，預計最快在2016年完工入帳。該地接近台南市政府，位在台南市政府重點開發的水交社文化園區，原本是眷村，四面臨路，附近有亞洲餐旅學校、體育公園園區。

聯上近期在高雄指標豪宅建案「聯上涵景」，面對原生植物園區第一排，規劃一層2戶，總銷約15億元。王惠珍說，受到高雄市政重大建設帶動，高雄房價基期低，帶動外來客前進高雄，高雄大坪數產品較多，「聯上涵景」每戶總價3000萬元起跳，主攻置產投資族群。

【王覺一／綜合報導】藍鳥左投哈普(J.A. Happ)「爆頭」休養3個月，今天復出第1戰先發只投4局，被敲7安打，失7分， 隊友雖然一度幫他取得7比2領先，無奈他自己將領先優勢全數花完，牛棚又守不住，藍鳥最終以7比9不敵水手，中止3連勝。
 
哈普在5月7日被光芒擊出的強襲球，直接打在左身附近，隨倒投地不起，由擔架抬離球場，並在醫院待了1晚觀察。還好沒有腦震盪，顱骨骨折也還算輕微，倒是左膝扭傷，讓他花了3個月的時間復健。
