【綜合報導】今日太平洋高壓持續籠罩，加上來自中國的熱空氣影響，各地白天持續高溫炎熱，大台北地區高溫預估可達攝氏38℃左右，其他地區高溫約攝氏33℃到36℃，中午前後不但高溫危險，紫外線指數易達到過量到危險等級，建議民眾中午前後盡量勿外出，從事戶外活動要記得做好防曬準備，並多補充水分防中暑。  

由於水汽偏少，午後雷陣雨範圍主要在西半部山區，提醒民眾午後前往山區活動要注意安全。
