【黃仲瑜／新北報導】昨天深夜11時許淡水地區發生一起跳樓自殺案件，患有憂鬱症的林女(49歲)，從住家10樓縱身一跳，倒臥社區中庭血泊中，救護人抵達後女子已經氣絕身亡。
 
警方調查表示，女子患有憂鬱症，友人透露林女近來情緒一直不是很穩定，晚間9時許才被朋友送回家，沒想到返家後竟從住家10樓跳下身亡，警方現場初步排除他殺，未發現婦人有留下遺書，將再釐清林女自殺原因。

【石明啟／桃園報導】高等軍事法院羈押庭中延至今天凌晨一時許，檢辯雙方互槓，軍事檢察官詢問副旅長何江忠，七月九日旅長要求召開會議，是不是要你們串供？何的辯護律師表達被告已經表達被告已陳述過，雙方爭辯，審判長出面打圓場，要雙方語氣平和。

軍事檢察官認為，何江忠指稱因為不想接542同事電話，因而使用易付卡，其實何江忠大可同袍打電話時不接即可，無需換電話。認為他使用易付卡手機，為規避監聽並勾串共犯，且七月九日何江忠召集連長徐信正和兩位士官，據連長指證當時何談了三十分鐘至一個小時，但何的證詞只有短短數句，許多內容沒有交代，認為他有串證之虞，建請法院羈押。
