1.你進入月台都有一個車掌先生
你直接問他他會只給你看哪個月台

2.區間車會廣播~只是很吵你也聽不到~他月台會有跑馬燈~

3.通常月台是不會換的~ 這個月台通通會是同一個方向~往南或往北~但是是2A或2B就不知道了 你可以看每個月台有電視~後面會寫 如果不會看 月台也有跑馬燈

4.車身會寫~不過有時候人太多~準備要上車也沒時間給你仔細看
區間車跟其他車子不同~他是藍色的 座位是橫排的 10~20的人做一起這樣~面對面 自強號跟莒光號 就是兩個位置兩個位置的 看一下就知道囉

【陳偉周／基隆報導】基隆市1名福和客運的林姓駕駛，今天早上6時許，駕駛著大巴士準備前往金山發車，途中經過暖暖源遠路時，未注意巴士車身高度，應聲擠進限高2.3公尺涵洞，導致車身歪斜變形。路過民眾見狀趕緊通報一一九，並驚恐地說：「怎麼撞成這樣！」所幸林男僅臀部擦傷，送醫後無大礙。
 
福和客運人員向警方表示，林男甫上班10天，疑似路況不熟才釀禍，林男會自行處理賠償事宜。警方事後對林男進行酒測，發現林男並未喝酒，目前正在釐清肇事確切原因。
