國立交通大學的蘭花屋，在法國巴黎的10項全能綠建築國際競賽首度參賽，就拿下都市設計、能源效率、創新及公眾票選等獎。

歐洲太陽能10項全能（綠建築）競賽（SolarDecathlon Europe 2014）在巴黎近郊凡爾賽市舉行，台灣首度有團隊入圍決賽，交大的蘭花屋與19個國家的綠建築角逐最終獎項。

競賽項目包括建築、工程、能源效率、都市設計等10項，交大日前以滿分獲得都市設計獎項第1名，及能源效率獎項第3名。

在12日晚間舉行的閉幕頒獎典禮中，交大再拿下公眾票選獎第3名，及「創新」獎項第2名。

總獎項前3名則依積分頒給義大利、法國及荷蘭。

交大人文社會學院院長、建築研究所教授曾成德受訪時說，他自己的第一棟建築作品是在美國哈佛大學研究所畢業後12年才完成，很高興看到學生們在研究所時期，就一起完成了一個房子，而且是關於「下一個世代應該怎麼生活在台灣的房子」，這個經驗一定能改變他們對自己、對世界、對台灣及對建築的觀點，這是最大的收獲。

交大學生團隊領袖曾聖凱說，兩年來一直在籌備這項競賽，老師和同學都很努力，一邊研究分析，一邊思考如何把房子具體蓋出來，那些一起熬夜的日子會讓他很難忘；另外在競賽過程中，看到其他國家團隊面對問題時用不同方法解決，也收獲很多。

經過數週相處，各國大學生團隊間都培養出相濡以沫的感情，無論哪一隊獲獎，都不吝為對方歡呼，全場充滿青春氣息。

不少非洲女子，以為被人以巫術下蠱，被人口販子偷運到英國當性奴，而英國警方也正關注國際賣淫集團以巫術恐嚇非洲無知婦女。

據英國《每日郵報》報導，英國警方相信去年救出的160名奈及利亞女子，幾乎全部都曾被逼參與邪惡儀式，有些被人用刀劃傷，再由巫師在傷口上灑上黑色粉末，威脅若不服從或想逃走，即會喪命。一名23歲奈國女子，誤信可以持假護照到英國讀書和找工作，結果遭到賣淫集團性侵、毆打和下蠱，再賣到義大利賣淫。

英國警方說，巫術儀式是控制這些非洲女子的手段，因為她們相信被下蠱後若不服從，災禍便會降臨。（施旖婕／綜合外電報導）
