美國著名的小說家馬克·吐溫（Mark Twain）曾經說：「工作和玩樂是同義字，只是分別使用於不同情境而已。」

大部分的我們都是極其平凡的普通人，沒有馬克·吐溫與生俱來的天份與才氣，要做到工作如同玩樂般的瀟灑，在現實生活中很不容易。然而，他這一句寓意深遠的格言，卻非常值得我們省思。

對許多朝九晚五的上班族來說，工作和玩樂是兩個「反義詞」。一旦在工作中找不到樂趣，就會感到倦怠，想要逃離工作情境，完全沒有回到工作崗位的動力。所以在週一早晨的大眾運輸工具和辦公室裡，我們可以看到許多「星期一憂鬱症（Monday Blue）」的神情。

但是，工作真的是這麼毫無樂趣的事情嗎？有時候若是能夠轉換心態，或許我們能得到完全不同的結果。在我所熟悉的業務團隊管理上，就有很多這樣的例子。

一如往常，會議開始我試著聊些輕鬆的話題，大家也都神情愉快的談論著。但是一進入到正題，討論公司作業流程的問題，許多人的臉馬上沉了下來，好像千萬斤的壓力籠罩著。

這是一個公司內部「樣品規格確認單」的流程問題。技術主管向我反映，業務員在製作單據時內容不夠詳細，導致其他單位發生錯誤的解讀。從客戶端、業務部、技術部、生產部到品管部，資訊鏈被拉長之後，溝通的落差就越來越大。

手上拿著剛發生的案例，我請業務員Claire向大家說明來龍去脈，希望集思廣益之後討論出較佳的解決方案。

「客戶需要的樣品規格總共有10多種，而且內容複雜。我整理過後，是這麼製作『樣品規格確認單』的。」Claire說明自己如何亂中求序，來編排這一份內部傳遞的單據。

阿翔的家人說，阿翔4歲時因心臟開刀，腦部一度缺氧，智力因此受損，雖然有讀書，可是畢業10年來，都找不到工作。

去年，阿翔的媽媽透過朋友的介紹，安排阿翔到伊甸基金會的五餅二魚工作坊接受職業重建訓練，阿翔知道媽媽身體不好，工作吃力，於是很認真的學習工作技能，希望分擔家計。

五餅二魚工作坊在大寮區，阿翔家在旗津，為了學習，他每天騎腳踏到輪渡站搭船到鼓山，再搭公車到捷運站搭捷運，下車之後再搭公車到接近工作坊的車站，然後走路到工作坊。

受訓3個月，他從未因遠距離的交通動線喊過苦；結訓後，在伊甸基金會輔導下，阿翔到王品集團的一家日本料理店工作，他把握機會，努力學習整理廚房碗盤、清潔工作。

店長鄭漢城說，阿翔學習整理、清理工作學得很快，不到幾天就上手，而且工作認真。

在廚房工作的前幾天，阿翔私下向伊甸基金會輔導員說腳站得很痠；後來習慣整個作業流程，他不但不覺得腳痠，也做得愉快，更高興的是領到自己努力賺來的工資。

日本料理店給阿翔的工資都按勞基法規定，和其他員工一樣；阿翔說，拿到工資時，沒有想過要買什麼東西給自己，只想把工資拿給媽媽。

「讓身心障礙者不再只是依賴者，也成為回饋社會的生產者，」伊甸基金會正透過職前訓練、工作媒合、現場輔導等方式，協助身心障礙者成為生產者，也盼社會給予適當工作機會。
