洪慈庸抵桃檢

軍檢署今(31)日偵結起訴18人，並將犯案動機導向洪仲丘犯眾怒，引發報復。洪仲丘姊姊洪慈庸下午表示，「全案發展至今，真相可能只有60分」。洪母則是在稍早表示，有關洪仲丘不揹值星官的說法，「所以，現在是開始在汙衊他了嗎？是在做什麼樣的動作嗎？」
針對542旅上士范佐憲等人凌虐洪仲丘動機，軍檢表示，由於義務役的洪仲丘拒絕背值星、竄改體測成績，才導致志願役士官不滿，對他展開報復。不過，此說一出，不但引發洪家不滿，作家九把刀下午也質疑：「把原因推到一個沒有辦法為自己辯解的死者身上，是很不道德的。」
軍檢上午在宣布偵結起訴的記者會中指出，由於洪仲丘以退伍後打算考公務員為由，竄改5月時作的體測成績，加上他以即將退伍為由，拒絕背值星，引發范佐憲、陳以人等義務役士官不滿。
軍檢指出，范等人認為洪的舉動會造成其他人志願役弟兄的困擾。因此，便利用洪仲丘帶照相手機進入部隊的機會，藉機加以修理。
洪仲丘大姊洪慈庸下午在律師顧立雄等人陪同下，前往桃園地檢署。對於軍檢偵結起訴的結果表示，「事件發展到現在，和律師事前向洪家所研判的發展差不多，劇本也所差無幾」。洪慈庸認為，「真相可能只有60分，如果要瞭解更多，可能也沒有辦法。」
