根據市場諮詢公司J.D Power針對今年台灣新車銷售滿意度調查顯示，凌志（Lexus）仍是最令消費者滿意的汽車品牌，並且已經連續6年奪下冠軍。而分居二、三名的則為來自德國的「雙B」-賓士 (Mercedes-Benz)與BMW。
 
該新車銷售滿意度調查包含了12個汽車品牌，凌志以914分拔得頭籌，連續第6年蟬聯台灣新車銷售滿意度調查冠軍。在7項評估要素中，凌志在銷售主動性、經銷商設備、書面作業和交車程序均獲得最高分。而賓士在銷售人員和交易條件兩項要素分數較高，以908分名列第二，BMW則以906分排第三。

已連續進行15年的台灣新車銷售滿意度調查，主要係以7項的滿意度要素，來評估新車買主對銷售及交車經驗的滿意度。此7項要素依重要性分別為：交車程序、銷售人員、交車時間、銷售主動性、交易條件、書面作業、經銷商設備。

整體新車銷售滿意度調查的整體評分以1000分為滿分，分數越高，表示車主對新購車輛和交車過程的滿意度越高。在今年（2013）台灣的新車市場，平均的新車銷售滿意度為890分，與去年持平。

調查報告顯示，今年有85%的新車買主獲得折扣優惠，38%的購車者得到經銷商提供的免費週邊配備或延長保固期。相較於2012年的調查結果，車主對購車交易條件的滿意度增加了12分，是得分成長最多的評估要素 。

J.D Power表示，這受到今年上半年經濟環境不明朗，以及車主期望車商降價和政府補助等心態影響，導致許多車主態度觀望而延後購車。因此，經銷商和車商為了吸引更多車主購買新車，祭出了比去年更多的降價方案、週邊配備贈送和延長新車保固期等優惠。

另外，調查發現，仔細詳盡的交車過程，對於新車車主的整體購車經驗滿意度有正面影響。銷售人員陪同交車程序超過90分鐘的新車車主、整體滿意度高達901分，較業界平均值高出11分；相反的，銷售人員陪同交車程序不到30分鐘的新車車主，對於整體滿意度僅有867分，比業界平均值低23分。

至於購車和交車經驗的滿意度與顧客對經銷商與品牌的忠誠度、支持意願也有密切關係。J.D Power指出，購車滿意度高（得分為958分或以上）的車主，62%表示「一定會」向親朋好友推薦他們購車的經銷商。反之，滿意度低（得分838分或以下）的車主，僅23%表示有意願向親朋好友推薦其購車經銷商。而類似的趨勢，也反映在新車車主推薦購車品牌的意願上。

【綜合報導】一名鄭姓男子前晚酒駕行經嘉162縣大美里路段時，撞死原訂年底結婚的一名男子，逃逸後才在親友陪同下投案，上百名死者親友獲悉後，深夜包圍大美派出所，大罵：「垃圾啦！害人啦！」並在鄭男上警車時上前追打，場面火爆。

　警方調查，死者詹哲欣（32歲）前晚七時許徒步出門購買燈管，返家
前被撞，落在電桿間的水泥橋護欄旁，當時雨勢大，約半小時後才被發現送醫，但已回天乏術。肇事者鄭丁豪（25歲）返家後向家人表示，好像有撞到動物或人，因喝酒怕遭查緝才肇逃，鄭父帶他投案。鄭男酒測值0.6毫克，供稱當時雨勢很大視線不清。鄭父訓斥鄭男向家屬下跪致歉，但未獲得諒解。

今年安麗杯女子撞球賽，帶著要打破衛冕魔咒期待的「大眼妹」周婕妤，卻在四強賽敗給了英國好手費雪 (KellyFisher)，這一仗吞下大敗的周婕妤相當失望，最後費雪也拿下金牌，然而這個仇在世運會完全討了回來！
