7月8號早安!!!!!!!!!!!!
今天用無糖豆漿取代一天一杯的低脂奶原本還自以為很聰明
結果晚上跟營養師聊天時才發現 喔 可惡 豆漿是該算在蛋豆魚肉類
如果像我這樣喝了一杯豆漿 肉類原本一天可以吃四份的 就要去掉一份喔!
