健保IC卡將升級為二代卡，擬將結合電子錢包等功能，如悠遊卡一樣具儲值功能，付掛號費和部分負擔醫療費用。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，健保署昨舉辦「承保資料加值應用研討會」指出，金管會最近已研擬開放非金融機構業者為第三方支付平台，未來健保IC卡除既有就醫憑證，擬可望結合長照保險，現金儲值及小額支付功能，以支付掛號費和部分負擔。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）

今晨7時許，國道三號北上33公里處中和隧道內，發生一起火燒車意外，警消獲報後已趕往搶救，目前該路段車流雍塞，請用路人行經該處小心駕駛，如尚未抵達的用路人請提前改道。

國道警察初步調查，該部轎車疑似車內電線短路後起火燃燒，駕駛自述，當時車輛正在行使當中，突然發現方向盤左下角處有煙冒出，他趕緊將車停至路肩，下車沒多久，車子隨即起火燃燒，所幸駕駛及時脫離，沒有受傷。（突發中心／台北報導）

美國德州日前發生一名46歲男子歐卡(Michael Ochoa)，從一處飯店的18樓墜樓。警方調查後研判歐卡為自殺，但他自殺的原因，卻很有可能是因為妻子不玩4P引起。

據美國《紐約每日新聞》報導，歐卡的46歲妻子表示，當天歐卡和另一對情侶約好，說是要玩換妻和4P，但她拒絕了。隨後歐卡和妻子發生爭執，歐卡還毆打妻子，但之後歐卡跑出房間，妻子不知歐卡行蹤，最後卻發生歐卡從飯店18樓的陽台跳下，當場死亡。目前全案並無人遭到逮捕或起訴。（施旖婕／綜合外電報導）
