【戴之聖／基隆報導】基隆東岸高架橋入口處有路標掉落，1輛銀色自小客車剛好經過，後車輪卡在路標無法動彈，車的前保險桿也遭損壞，警察與車主好不容易將路標移開，車輛才可以順利離開。
