標題[問題] 這樣情形能去勞工局申訴嗎

一般我們的觀念是公司違反勞基法，勞工權益受損，可以去當地勞工局申訴，這應該是無庸置疑的。我表弟在公司犯了小錯，違反內部規定，被記申誡而已，也沒被扣薪之類的。像員工被公司記行政處分，也能找勞工局申訴嗎？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 27.242.42.48
