騎車搖搖晃晃 拿拐杖也要喝酒

屏東警分局民族所警員周忠慶、柯橙宏，7月29日零點20分，巡邏行經屏東市和平路段，發現71歲邱姓男子騎乘機車左搖右晃，擔心他安全，攔下關心，看到他滿臉通紅，全身酒氣，應該喝了酒，但機車上放著一支拐杖，經詢問他拿拐杖為何還喝酒。

他說，因心情不好，剛剛在朋友家中喝了半瓶米酒後，想騎機車返家，警方要對他進行酒測，他拒絕，警方告訴他，拒絕酒測，依規定會處罰新臺幣9萬元罰鍰，吊銷駕駛執照，3年不得再考領，機車並且要當場移置保管等事項，他才接受酒測，酒精濃度0.47毫克，超過規定，偵訊後依共危險罪嫌移送法辦。
