【林世雄／台中報導】洪仲丘姊姊洪慈庸上午抨擊軍檢起訴內容，她說，軍檢沒有找出真正犯意動機，只是把加害人的陳述列入起訴書裡面，但並沒有偵查出一個真正的結果。

她出示軍檢在7月4日相驗之後，開具的死亡證明，上面死因是「意外」，並告訴家人：「要不要解剖，看家屬的意見」，後來律師告訴家屬，檢方基本上應極力建議家屬做解剖動作，而不是任由家屬決定，讓家屬感覺軍檢一開始是希望把事情安撫下來，讓案件趕快結案。
