由透明連線、施明德文化基金會、TNC台灣國民會議聯合主辦的【公民社會／政黨／運動講座之二】將於8/2在台北荒漠甘泉舉行，這次主講者邀請無黨籍台北市長參選人柯文哲的競選總幹事姚立明，主題訂為從統獨談民主憲政基本概念，主辦人之一的陳嘉君表示：「此次主題是由姚先生擬定的，座談中會與大家一起討論統獨議題的本質、政治決定理論、立法權、修憲權與制憲權、憲法效力、憲法意識與憲政秩序、民主與法治(憲政)，最後是結論：體制與反體制，歡迎各界踴躍參與。」（劉珮芬／台北報導）
