夫婦走私毒品潛逃 婦被逮歸案

（中央社記者陳朝福高雄2日電）李姓男子與林姓妻子10年前涉及走私海洛因42公斤，遭高雄地檢署起訴後先後潛逃中國大陸，調查局今天押解林婦回高雄歸案。

檢調表示，李男與林女在高雄開設貿易公司，10多年前涉及自泰國以貨櫃走私海洛因磚120塊，共約42公斤，混在濃重氣味的進口榴槤內走私進口，被法務部調查局航業調查處高雄站與海關合作查獲。

檢調指出，李男與林女被依毒品危害防治條例等罪起訴，先後潛逃滯留中國大陸遭通緝，調查局掌握林女行蹤，押解回高雄歸案，將持續追緝李男。

調查局與刑事局是循「追緝外逃經濟罪犯協調小組」及「兩岸共同打擊犯罪及司法互助協議」機制，今天下午押解林女搭乘長榮航空班機返抵高雄國際機場歸案。1020802
