阿富汗洪災 至少70死

阿富汗官員4日表示，首都喀布爾附近洪水成災，已造成70多人死亡，數十棟民宅遭洪水沖垮。阿富汗總統卡爾扎伊辦公室則稱，另有7人在東部努爾斯坦省、柯斯特省因洪水遇難。（美國有線電視新聞網）
