天氣爆熱　勞團：應制定高溫假

【綜合報導】昨北市氣溫創新高，戶外勞工苦不堪言，有保全人員上班隨身帶冰桶，也有工程人員把自己當植物、頻將自來水往身上灑；營造工會說，勞工被曬到中暑、脫皮很常見，「出去做只有一個人死，不去做就是全家餓死」。北市府昨指已開出首張高溫作業罰單，但勞團指全球暖化嚴重，應制定高溫假。

因應高溫，近期英國有工黨議員提案，若氣溫逾30℃，就讓勞工放假，苦力勞工在氣溫達27℃就應放假，避免發生意外。中國重慶近日則有貿易公司讓600名職員連放12天有薪「高溫假」。勞委會表示，目前各國都未針對高溫假立法，將透過勞動檢查注意僱主有無提供飲水及休息場所。
