大家好:) 小妹在上上星期在104看到Ikea儲備幹部的職缺(Sales and customer relationship) 就用email丟了CV和中英文履歷過去上星期馬上接到Ikea人資的phone interview,無預警的就直接進入訪談今天通知我下星期去新莊面試想請教版上各位大大有沒有去Ikea的面試經驗呢? 大概的流程或較常被問到的問題也OK喔另外就是IKEA的待遇和福利問題人資在phone interview有問到薪資要求和目前的薪資以下是原PO過去背景,請大家指教 27Y 女國外商管研究所畢業第一份工作: 台商傳產供應鏈管理專員任職時間:兩年月薪:36K 現職: 外商食品經營分析襄理任職時間: 一年 (半年前從資深專員升遷襄理) 月薪:50K 想離職原因:1.工作環境-工時很長沒加班費 2.跟同事相處不是很和諧,內鬥嚴重其實人資在電話中給我感覺是起薪會比我現在低所以不斷問我在期望薪資部分有沒有彈性另外就是他覺得以我過去的背景,建議我轉另一個職缺:Business Navigatio & Logistic 不知道有沒有前輩對這兩個職缺有了解,能給我一點建議呢? 先在這裡謝謝大家了^^ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 210.67.175.3
