臉書的廣告，很難下，

1. 常常資料填了一堆，下單之後，畫面一直僵在哪裡，動也不動，反覆的測試，也是一樣。

2. 就算是，好不容易完成了下單程序，也是一樣付費觸及率也不會跑，最後，以零觸及率結案。

請問一下，

1. 這要如何解決，是我的金額下的太少，或是，條件設定的問題？

2. 臉書官方在台灣有中文客務人員可協助處理嗎？
