被行政院長江宜樺形容為內閣「開心果」的前原民會主委孫大川，今（8）日受贈獎章致詞大爆料，感嘆部會首長各類議題應接不暇、壓力大，輪流當「爐主」。
行政院今日舉行卸任政務委員及部會首長功績獎章頒獎典禮，卸任原民會主委的孫大川、工程會主委陳振川、僑委會委員長吳英毅獲頒獲頒一等功績獎章、前國防部長高華柱獲頒獎牌1面。
卸任金管會主委的陳裕璋、退輔會主委曾金陵未出席典禮。
孫大川代表卸任官員致詞，讓典禮充滿歡笑聲。
孫大川說，「我不曉得院長為什麼請我來代表致詞，可能希望我在正式離開行政院前講一下笑話。」
他表示，行政院長江宜樺形容他是「內閣的康樂股長，欣然喜歡這工作」。
孫大川感嘆，尤其在這種氛圍下，在這種紛亂意見的情況下，還要做愉快的判斷，好像不容易。
他開玩笑說，曾建議前院長陳冲在政院設個可以喝咖啡的地方、喝點小米酒，早上他7點半前先來喝點小米酒，開院會一定很有效率、而且能符合民意，但不太容易，氛圍就是如此。 (接下一頁)
