財報─調整後淨利大幅成長 AOL股價上漲5%

AOL (AOL-US)周三公布，第二季獲利大減97%至2850萬美元，或每股35美分，去年同期為9.708億美元，或每股10.17美元。

去年獲利大增，係因與微軟進行了專利權移轉，獲利9.70億美元，或每股10.16美元。

扣除該獲利影響，AOL說第二季淨利與每股獲利均大幅成長。

第二季總營收上升2%至5.413億美元，去年同期為5.311億。

該公司並說，已同意以4.05億美元併購Adap.tv，以提升線上影音部門業務。執行長Tim Armstrong說，該部門是「我們這一行業中，最重要的成長部門。」

盤前交易中，AOL股價上漲5%。
