關於SAMSUNG的MP3"YP-F2"的問題

我2006年買了"YP-F2"
已經有4年左右沒用了
昨天突然想拿出來用
我把裡面的東西全刪了
就像刪隨身碟那樣= =
後來我打不開MP3
我查了之後才看到有人說這樣有可能把MP3用來播放的程式給刪除
我想有可能是這個原因
因為MP3插在電腦時我看到顯示有在充電
所以應該不太可能是沒電
但我充了3個小時它還是還在充電...
電池是不是也有點問題@@
那現在我剛怎麼辦...
我們這邊沒有三星的據點
要送修會很麻煩
還是有沒有人跟我一樣買"YP-F2"
把裡面的播放程式MAIL給我可不可以解決??
或有沒有比較簡單的解決方式
請幫幫我
