男偷飲料開庭還嗆法官　判刑150天

【蔡進男／基隆報導】基隆市1名趙姓男子偷了1瓶29元的運動飲料，走出店外時，被店家發現沒有結帳，警方到場依竊盜罪嫌移送法辦。

因趙男有竊盜、偽造文書等多項前科，居無定所，當法官諭知應予以羈押時，趙南竟心生不滿，當庭嗆法官：「你們可以胡說八道，可以羈押我，1個月以內我會讓你們好看！」事後趙男雖否認偷竊及脅迫法官，但法官全案審結，仍依竊盜罪、再加上妨害公務罪，判刑150天；趙男依法仍可上訴。
