少年網上「造謠」　囚7天後獲釋

【綜合報導】中國甘肅省天水市16歲楊姓少年，先前因為在網路上「發放假消息」，被當地公安以涉嫌尋釁滋事進行調查，最後雖被撤銷刑事拘控，但遭行政拘留7天。今天(23日)凌晨1時許，少年從看守所被釋放。

9月12日，張家川縣一名市民意外從高處墮下死亡。9月14、15日，楊姓少年多次透過《QQ》與《騰訊微博》質疑死者死因，還在網路上寫下「必須得游（遊）行了！」等言論。但這段留言後來被大量轉發，有網友後來更參與聚會。最後少年因涉嫌尋釁滋事，遭到刑事拘留。

當地公安指出，鑒於犯案者未成年，經省市縣公安機關研究決定，依法撤銷刑事案件，只「從輕處罰」。此案是中國9月10日開始執行有關網絡誹謗等刑事案件的司法解釋以來，以「轉發超過500次」為憑而拘留「造謠者」的第一起案件。
