國考增複選題型　最快明年施行

【王家俊／台北報導】過去國家考試只有測驗題（單選）與申論題型，考試院會上午通過考選部修正閱卷規則部分條文，將參考大學入學方式增加複選題型。至於施行時間及考試種類，考選部長董保城說，建議最快明年8、9月後的專技人員國家考試施行，比例不會太高，總分100分，複選比例大概20分，不超過百分之30。

董保城說，計分方式採部分答對、部分給分，答錯3選項以上零分；題型也不會太複雜，原則比照大考中心5選2。原本考選部擬明年初等考試開始辦理，因部分考試委員擔心試題品質不穩定，恐衍生爭議，考選部研擬後（104）年起初等考試、五等考試再陸續施行，並邀命題老師講習命題事宜並製作題庫。
