撰寫一個程式計算使用者輸入的整數值是否為質數(prime)。所謂質數，就是其因數只有1與自己。此程式可由使用者不斷輸入，直到輸入為 -1為止則停止判斷。

執行範例：
input vale: 32
32 is not a prime.

input value: 5
5 is a prime.

input value: 17
17 is a prime.

input value: -1
End
