立委葉津鈴批18%利息改革破功　明年增40億元預算

【林修卉╱台北報導】台聯立委葉津鈴今發布新聞稿指出，十八趴優惠利息改革方案，銓敘部宣稱可減少預算支出，但明年度卻編列預算569億元，比今年大幅增加40億元，顯見改革破功，對財政完全沒有舒壓的效果。
 
葉津鈴指出，十八趴優惠存款限額200萬元，每月最高仍有3萬元之利息補助，對於只有22K薪資的青年人，無疑是最大不公平。
 
葉津鈴表示，行政院一年對優惠利補貼預算超過500億元，相當於5年的嘉義市地方政府總預算數；十八趴利息改革必須大幅縮減，軍公教退休金改革，刻不容緩。
