援菲行動 外交部預計今天完成

援菲行動持續進行，外交部長林永樂今天早上受訪時提到，今天整個行動可以完全結束，物資運輸也從14架次減少到12架次，成本都會降低。

我國援菲物資價值約5000萬元，運輸費用約7000萬元，有外界質疑運輸成本是否過高？國防部昨天指出，依據C-130運輸機執行救災裝備機具成本計算基準，以每小時6萬115元的油料成本計算，12架次總計費用大約為新台幣577萬1040元。林永樂說，國防部吸收了部分間接成本，也感謝國防部在最短時間內，把救援物資送到災區。
