美選手鮑威 刷新女子千米競速滑冰世界紀錄

美國選手鮑威(Brittany Bowe)17日在美國鹽湖城舉行的國際滑冰總會(ISU)世界盃競速滑冰賽中，以1分12秒58的成績，刷新女子1千公尺競速滑冰的世界紀錄。

在鮑威之前的紀錄，是由加拿大選手納斯比特(Christine Nesbitt)2012年1月28日在加拿大卡加立(Calgary)所創下的1分12秒68。

鮑威在賽後表示，她曾夢想過打破世界紀錄，如今則是美夢成真。

至於美國選手李察森(Heather Richardson)以1分12秒61位居亞軍，荷蘭選手烏斯特(Ireen Wust)以1分13秒33獲得季軍。
