有一個問題思考了很久著作權中也包含照片的那麼今天別人借了相機去拍了幾張，還給我照片所有權是他的只是如果今天我請對方幫我拍照，那麼照片也是對方的因為應該是不分內容可是這樣子的話，照片中的人，也就是主角"我" 可以自由使用照片嗎?! 應該說，這樣子照片權利落在誰身上呢?! 因為要拍自己的話，除了拿腳架就是請人幫忙了謝謝!!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 103.3.194.103
