34%上班族 想找兼差

主計總處昨（28）日公布的人力運用調查顯示，今年想找兼職工作的人數創近三年新高，突破20萬人。學者認為，景氣復甦疲弱，薪資水準低，是造成就業者尋求兼職的主因。

主計總處以今年5月為調查基準，就業人口為1,093.9萬人，其中，有64.5萬人想另外找工作。這些想另外求職者中，有34.76%想要額外兼職，但不想要換工作。換算成人口數，想兼職者達到22.4萬人，為2011年以來新高。台大國發所副教授辛炳隆說，去年想兼職的人口飆高，應該和國內景氣復甦疲弱有關。
