立院通過決議文 籲大陸「知所節制」

針對中國擴大東海防空識別區一事，立法院朝野黨團口徑一致，要求我政府應就中國劃設東海防空識別區侵犯我領空，表達嚴正異議，立法院院會上午也通過游朝野黨團共同擬具的決議文，呼籲中國大陸當局知所節制。

決議文中的兩項要求如下：

我國政府應就中國劃設東海防空識別區侵犯我領空表達嚴正異議，並應與區域友邦一致行動，不向中國遞交飛行計畫書；同時呼籲中國當局知所節制，應立即與美、日、韓、澳及台灣等區域相關國家，以多邊和平協商方式解決此一爭議，早日撤回此一東海防空識別區的決定，以利區域和平穩定之維繫。
