雄檢辦日月光案 今再傳3人

雄檢偵辦日月光排廢水案，昨天傳喚日月光8名員工偵訊，檢方漏夜偵訊後，裁定5人飭回，3人共依170萬元交保。檢察官漏夜偵訊後，將全案從「他」字案轉為「偵」字案。馬不停蹄接著訊問，今天上午10點再傳喚3名相關人士到地檢署約談。

日月光半導體廠涉嫌排放有毒廢水案，高雄地檢署主動分案調查，今天上午發動第三波偵訊，由環保警察帶三名日月光相關人員到高雄地檢署接受偵訊，三人面對媒體詢問都不願意表示意見。
