立院三讀通過台星協定 望增6千就業機會

立法院上午三讀通過台星經濟夥伴協定(ASTEP)。這是台灣與東南亞國家簽署首個經濟合作協定，有助拓展經貿外交空間及利於台灣跟東南亞經濟連結。生效後，預計經濟總產值（GDP）可增加7.01億美元，總出口值也可增加7.82億美元，國內產業總值將增加約新台幣421億元，並增加逾6154個就業機會。

台灣和新加坡11月7日在新加坡簽署ASTEP，內容包括貨品貿易、原產地規則、跨境服務貿易等，立法院上午完成審議，照案通過。但為執行我方的關稅減讓承諾，必須進行海關進口稅則配套修法，經濟部談判代表辦公室表示，雙方還不能換文生效。行政院院會昨日剛通過海關進口稅則修正草案，才要函請立法院審議。
