(男性)如何去除臉上 脖子的黑色素

如標題
因為小時候不懂事很愛玩就算是大太陽也是

所以皮膚很黑，小學畢業那個暑假突然發福

國中畢業才開始慢慢變瘦(運動+長高)

目前是180cm 77kg 還算是適中吧

只可惜臉是大餅臉，而且最近又剛好減平頭

臉頰旁的黑色素看起來就很明顯(晚上)

奇怪我想說運動可以排毒，高一整個暑假每天都去學校跑步

開學後也是每個周休二日到學校跑步維持

然後也擦了些乳液(天氣冷 乾燥)

只有脖子已經有變白了沒有以前黑

臉的話..除非是正面看就還好，側面就很難看

還是說太晚吃晚餐的習慣? (晚上九點半~十點)

反正就是麻煩告訴如何快速消除臉上的黑色素@@
